Artificial Casings

Five-layer polyamide-based casings are designed to package various products (salami, pate, semi-permanent and permanent sausages, boneless hams, melted cheese, pet food). They are available in sizes from 40mm to 160mm in different colors. They can be delivered with the customer's logo, pleated or in pieces (cut and tied with a loop and a clip on one side).

Flexcell Mini

Flexcell Mini is our specialized casing for hot dogs and other small-caliber products. Designed for consistent filling, optimal portion control, and high-speed processing, Flexcell Mini delivers the barrier protection and freshness retention of our full-size casings in a compact format.

Flexcell Mini Smoke

Flexcell Mini Smoke permits smoking whilst controlling the weight loss and permitting an extended shelf life.

Collagen and Faser Casings

Collagen casings are edible casings ideal for smoked and cooked sausages, vapor, and smoke-permeable. We offer collagen casings in various sizes, on a roll, pleated or cut, and tied with a 0.5m loop on one side. Faser casings are a unique combination of cellulose casings. These casings leak smoke and water vapor. Faser casings are suitable for various types of products: pepperoni (salami), semi-permanent and permanent sausages, mortadellas, and smoked cheeses. We deliver them blank or printed with the customer's logo.

Printing service

Pro-M d.o.o. owns flexo printing machines with which we offer printing service up to 6+6 colors on polyamide, faser, and collagen casings used in the meat and dairy industry. In addition, our design team offers you a design service according to your needs.

Shirring

Pro-M also offers finishing in the form of shirring polyamide, collagen, and faser casings in the length of 20 to 35m, packed in nets (dolls) that are 30 to 50cm long.

Cutting and Binding

We cut polyamide, collagen, and faser wrappers to the desired length, clipped and tied with a loop on one side.
